Mistakes Can Be Erased
When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! I Will Set Out And Go Back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you" Luke 15:17 (KJV)
Yes, still on the MISTAKE series, many a times we are so obnubilated by the tremendous effect of our yesterday's mistakes and become oblivious to our glorious future in Christ Jesus.
Our text recapitulates that this prodigal  and munificent dude soon realized that he has made such a great mistake, he knew his mistakes, and he knew he only sinned against heaven and against his wealthy dad, not his brother or anyone else. You have to know this. He decided to go back home. He said to himself "I will set out and go back to my father" correcting your mistakes in life starts with you, you have to make this decision for yourself and for yourself alone. The decision to make the right moves, in the correct direction as well as in the right time no matter what anyone is saying about you and against you is so critical and second to none in the race of destiny. Funny enough those throwing darts at you today because your yesterday's mistakes lives in their own mistakes as well, perhaps worse than yours.
No matter how bad your condition is at the moment, regardless of the storms you're facing in life this very time be it financial, Health, Relationship, Joblessness, whatever your storm may be, setting out to make the right move is a move of progress and prosperity.
Beloved, It's okay when people judge you cruelly, ignorantly and sentence you to death for things they don't even know the truth about. Just gnore all of that and move on with your life no matter what the consequences maybe or what it seems to cost you to drive your life forward again, remember nobody can drive your life better except you and your creator.
Friends, let me encourage you today, that no matter how far you've gone in your mistake it's never too late to come out from them, correct yourself and keep the records straight.
Like his father, he forgived him, celebrated him and accepted him, this is a type of our Father above he is just and kind to forgive us all our trespasses and transgressions. TGIF Shalom
