GREATNESS: Not By Might (pt1).
When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? Matthew 16:13 (KJV).
Friends, let everyone be a liar and let God be true. Your value or worth in life is not a function of what is said on the internet about you, or how some crop of people feel about you but it's about what's on your inside, it's about how you feel about yourself and what God has deposited in you. It's about the Grace and anointing of God that's available and is at work in your life and ministry. Beloved, this is the mindset of Champions, this was the exact communication between me and God when I was in the middle of a messed up situation at some point in time of my life and ministry.
In our text we saw Jesus our master and savior asking his disciples this analytical question of supposed self validation "who do men say I am?" From their response we discovered that men will have different funny impressions about you if you will ever emerge great in life, but Jesus was not interested about others opinion or validation about him, he only asked to correct his followers views of him.
I feel this is a big kingdom lesson for every believer, that attaining greatness is not by might not by power but by the spirit says the Lord of Host. Don't seek men validations to feel Great, you're born Great, there is Greatness in your DNA.
PRAYER
In this day, month and year may the spirit of the Lord rise on your inside such that your life will take a positive turn around in the name of Jesus. You will be characterised with diverse miracles, testimonies, signs and wonders in Jesus Name. You'll will become a symbol of success in whatever you do in the name of Jesus. You're blessed in Jesus Name. Shalom🙏
